Age is a privilege, not everyone gets to do it. Time may age the body but not the spirit; time gives us experience, knowledge and a view that cannot be seen with the eyes of youth. Good or bad, experiences teach us, and age gives opportunities to pass on knowledge from these experiences in simple advice to future generations.

Together with Age UK participants during weekly “Feel-Good Friday” workshops, Zoe White of Zinfinity, collected stories and life lessons, exploring the positivity of age as holding a wealth of knowledge and experience. Participants also decorated a personalised frame to go with their contribution.

Co-curated with Age UK Enfield and Zoe, this pop-up display showcasing a few artefacts from the Museum of Enfield’s collection, explores how objects can bring back life lessons and experiences.
