Talkies Community Cinema is a volunteer-led film organisation bringing inclusive, affordable cinema experiences to local audiences.
Working in partnership DAC, Talkies screens a diverse mix of independent, classic and popular films, spanning genres from drama, comedy and documentary to world cinema and family favourites.
Our programme is committed to widening access to film, keeping ticket prices low, and creating a welcoming, sociable atmosphere for all.
